POLICIES: Tickets for all major events are subject to availability. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event.

CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONED EVENTS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For any cancelled events, customers will receive a full refund in the form of an in-store credit, except for reasons due to an act of God, Strike, or Lockout, in which no refunds will be given. For all postponed or rescheduled events, there will be no refund available.

SPECIAL NOTES: Event tickets are provided by area. We do not guarantee specific rows or sections, except where noted. Odd amounts of tickets not guaranteed together. If your first choice is not available, TOUCHDOWN TICKET reserves the right to offer the choice to upgrade or downgrade the order to the next available category or to allow the order to be canceled with a full refund. All changes in orders must be requested in writing and sent to TOUCHDOWN TICKET with sufficient notice.

WEATHER: Due to the nature of the event, weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event, and may cause the postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of TOUCHDOWN TICKET, and accordingly, no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions or event cancellation, will be made by TOUCHDOWN TICKET.

ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATIONS: If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the listed hotel is not available, TOUCHDOWN TICKET reserves the right to accommodate the travelers in another hotel of equivalent rating as determined by the reasonable judgment of TOUCHDOWN TICKET and according to the information published in the Official Hotel Guide.
